Intuitive name for "user cancellation time"

Essentially I have an automatic event which is triggered. The user is presented with a popup which lasts x amount of seconds and has the opportunity to cancel this event.

In the settings the user can chance how long the popup is displayed for. I need a more intuitive title for it that "user cancellation time"....can anyone think of anything?

"grace period" maybe prefixed with whatever it is the could be cancelling.
