Inverted Y-Axis

Gotta invert, I think it all stemmed from playing Descent back in the day as it was inverted by default. That game taught me how to play k/b and mouse.

I invert on a control pad and I can tell you why.

On a pad, I don't push the stick 'up' i push it 'forward' thus it makes sense for forward to equal down. Much like if I said to tilt your head forwards, you'd end up looking downwards, when I push a joystick it makes sense to me for the camera to move down.

It really depends whether you feel you are controlling a camera or a pointer. I don't invert on PC because I play as if I am controlling the pointer, so when i move the mouse forward, i want the cursor to go up.

i invert but on console only and it started since getting warhawk keeping it the same on ground and in flight. I couldnt go back to the other way now It feels better but i guess theres no real advantage either way

They both make sense, it just depends whether you feel you're controlling a camera behind the characters head, or controlling the characters head.
