iOS 7 new UI

The new features are nice, but it's not enough for apple, not even close.
Still no equivalent to widgets/live tiles. Well unless you call a change of pic on weather app acceptable.

No true multitasking like win8 Snap feature as far as I can tell, this is so annoying on ipad.
 
You're right, that's such a key feature hence why Windows 8 tablets are selling so well. Fair enough you might not like it but don't try to proclaim that it's the start of the end for Apple.

But iOS is intended to be an App Launcher, if they changed that, wouldn't they be changing the very idea of iOS?

And lets be fair, it's not like iOS was failing them.. It just needed a rejuvenation, which this update has done very well.

In the same sense all os are app launchers, they are so much more than that these days and yes it is failing them,mother are losing marketshare, if they don't buck up their ideas soon, they will nose dive.

The features they added are nice, but it's no where near enough.
