Theres been a small change at somepoint recently, where when you delete a text message, if the person you are messaging is on your find my list, it asks you if you want to stop sharing your location with them.
Is there a way to turn this off as its not something that used to happen and it rather annoying with it asking every time I delete a message..

In the FindMy app, click on the person you’re sharing with and choose to share via their iCloud email rather than the number, see if that works?

I delete all my messages when they've been read/actioned..

I'm the same with my email inbox, that's always empty as well and I only have 2 icons on my PC desktop...

I don't think I've ever deleted a message in iMessage from someone I'm sharing my location with.

I have to double check my anniversary date every year by seeing when I sent a message the year before…

I share my location with family members and if I delete the messages I don’t get a warning, could be because I’m on family sharing? Or is it only happening via SMS? I just use iMessage
