iOS email password amnesia

[NeverWinter]

iPhone SE2 iOS 14.2

The phone keeps forgetting my emails passwords - I'll re-auth and they'll work for a few days then have to re-auth again. They don't all disappear at the same time weirdly.

Anyone got any ideas?

Which email provider?

All of them are outlook having the issue, I don’t think my gmail account has had it now I think about it.

I've heard a few people at work having the issue solely on outlook. There are a few threads on reddit also https://www.reddit.com/r/Outlook/comments/jtvd9c/outlookhotmail_on_ios_keeps_asking_for_credentials/

Not seen any rhyme or reason for it yet, but might be MS server issues?

Thanks for that, I did try searching Reddit but didn’t do a very good job.

14.2.1 has been out for a while. It doesn’t fix the problem.

Yeah same problem here. I ended up removing the account from my phone and now have to use the actual Outlook app instead which isn't ideal but it works.

My wife said the same. Happened to me during the Xbox launch, figured they were getting hammered, but mine has been fine.
