iOS Frustrations

Lol, spend £1200 on a phone and to solve the lack of features that a £200 Samsung has, you have to spend £250+ on their watch.....great logic.

Edit: £250, this is Apple, what was I thinking, just googled....£400+ :p

And no amount of money allows you to buy the features that Samsung is missing that Apple has; iOS, Face ID, iMessage. That logic works both ways despite how stupid the entire premise is.

It would be so nice if phones had the same choice in lets call it what it is operating systems. you buy your phone without one then you just download the one you want......

Generally have always considered Apple to be a fair chunk behind the rest but have been tempted to change myself as been with android for the last 10 years now and fancy a change.

Have to ask, have Apple implemented a notification LED or AOD display yet like Samsung have had for the last 6+ years? I don't think I'd cope having to wake the screen all the time to check if I've missed anything.

That is strictly not true most now do not come with notification leds. There are however apps that you can use to do the same thing. for example apps that place a configurable light around the camera lens on devices that have have hole punch screens. Tbh that is one thing i missed going from my note 9 to my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. Thank god for the playstore lol. And tbh ever since i got my Samsung smart watch i have turned off the always on display off. So i guess if you already own a smart watch those are not to important so long as you are wearing your watch i suppose. But buying a smart watch because of missing features i do not think is the rite way to go lol.

Definitely not, you should buy the Apple Watch for all of the other things that it offers such as workout tracking, Apple Pay, music player when you’re out running, personal assistant etc.
