IOS help!!

Okay this is my problem

* My note 4 went in to repair
* Put sim card in iPhone 4
* Got my note 4 back
* Put sim back in
* Texts still go to the iPhone not the note 4

Here is what i have done so far, i put the sim back in the iPhone and went in to settings and turned iMessage off. Took the sim out and reset the whole phone. Put sim back in to the Note 4. Tested it again and a text went straight to the iPhone again, only while it connected to the wifi though, If we turn wifi off then the messages don't send. Please help

Maybe this should be in the Apple section instead of the Windows?
