iOS4 Text Message Bug?

Just wondered if anybody else had noticed this when getting text messages from senders with names rather than numbers...

You get a space randomly inserted at the end of the last word - but it only does it with longer names as 'Egg' comes out unscathed! It's not just Halifax either, I had a text from a delivery company which did the same last week.

Seem fine for me. Just tried with a text message from Vodafone and it looks normal. Most of my contacts have Firstname Lastname so I can't really test it out thoroughly.

Edit: Just read your message properly... You weren't talking about contacts, still.. it seems fine for Vodafone texts.
 
SMS messages that are send via the operator service can have have alphanumeric numbers for the originating address rather than E.164.
 
Yeah, 'Vodafone' also works fine, but I've had 'Halifa x' and 'Phoeni x' - maybe it's the x doing it :D
