Hi Guys,
I have a rapidshare account and it was recently blocked because of suspected fraud or account sharing. Now the account has been re-opened as they have verified that only i have been using the account but in there response they have included:
"This problem may occur if your IP-Adress changes several times a day. If thisis caused by technical difficulties with your internet connection, werecommend you to contact your ISP"
So how do i go about in asking my ISP to not change my IP address?
