IP Address Change Query

Hi Guys,
I have a rapidshare account and it was recently blocked because of suspected fraud or account sharing. Now the account has been re-opened as they have verified that only i have been using the account but in there response they have included:

"This problem may occur if your IP-Adress changes several times a day. If thisis caused by technical difficulties with your internet connection, werecommend you to contact your ISP"

So how do i go about in asking my ISP to not change my IP address?

Your IP address will only change if your connection drops and you have to reconnect, and even then it would be unlikely that you obtain a different IP address as your DHCP lease would most likely still be active.

Unless of course you disconnect overnight?
