IP Camera - Software

Alright People,

I'm looking for free software that monitors at least 5 IP cameras but can also record the 5 streams as well... at the moment it really needs to be free and also needs to be compatible with Panasonic IP cameras too...

Also, if/when you wish to spend a few £s, Active WebCam is worth a look.
