IP35 Pro and Raptors

Anyone else having trouble getting there Raptor/s to work ok with this board? I'm seriuosly unimpressed with this board so far, first had to be RMA'ed but worked fine with the drives and this one the replacement don't wanna play nicely with the drives in RAID or IDE mode i'm having this issuse almost exactly http://forum.uabit.com/showpost.php?p=863763&postcount=10 . Anyone else had the problem and got a workaround?
 
I run a Raptor 150GB system drive, and 3*320s in raid 5 on a rocketraid 2310. If you're a vista user there were some complaints, on a tom's hardware site iirc, where they stopped using vista plus raptors - but this was months ago, and I've seen nothing reported since.
I'd recommend bios v11 for your mobo, although there are later releases availalble, and also running a windows update to make sure you get the latest fixes, etc.

I've got version 11 already.. What OS i'm running should'nt effect the bios detecting the drives though should it?
 
shouldn't be prolly...

v64u should be the most fragile, and it's playing nicely for me.

can you post your full spec please, can't really say for AW8, as in your linky, tbh.
 
Can only find one person with the same problem as me... guess i've been unlucky and gotten 2 duff boards in a row :(
