iP4 stuck in 'boot loop'

Hi all,

Power cycled my iP4 this morning, now it's stuck in a 'boot loop'.

I then went to iTunes to restore. It updates to 6.0.1 then attempts to restore. Same problem...

I get the apple logo on the screen for a while, then the slide to unlock screen. Once i hit the slide (or even if i don't) the device will reboot, again i get the Apple logo etc...

This has never been Jailbroken.

Any thoughts?.

6.0.1 messed my iPad 2 up too. Took ages to be able to switch it on, and now the screen is all hazy and strange.

That's the thing, it was looping before, on 6.0.

Will be home in 30 mins to beat the damn thing to death. Yes, the phone.
