Wife and daughter (6) want an ipad2.

Is it really worth paying the extra for the newer ipad or is the ipad2 good enough? Also, 16g is enough for apps and games and browsing? Might take it with us on hols for the daughter to watch the occasional film.

Also, Apple refurb is not that much more than a brand new one?

Has anyone ever seriously thought of ditching their PC and to use an ipad exclusively? I have been thing about it lately.

But you can do almost as much on an ipad as a pc unless you are an avid gamer. Am i right or complete balmy? lol
