My Ipad 2 2012 (3) (super incomplete edition) (super overheating edition) bought in March gets really hot after continued use, i would swap it just for that reason.
Hardly use it to be honest, but not having the latest model really makes me angry

what the
why would it make you angry ?
I am so confused.. so my new ipad that i bought earlier this year which has a retina display has been replaced by a new model ? what happened to the yearly upgrade cycle ?
There is going to be some proper anger about this
Seems the 4th gen. gets a new charging brick:

It's only an increase of 2W but I've found the 10W still takes forever to charge my iPad 3, so I guess this is a slight improvement.

Clearly a wind up at everyone complaining and probably more specifically comments like this:

I bought an iPad 3 from the Kingston Bentall Centre store just over a month ago. After ringing them today, I was told that I could bring it in for a refund onto a gift card which I did. I'm now waiting for the iPad 4.
from a IP4 and Ipad 4 next year.Ipad 3 battery test = 9.33 hrs, ipad 4 = 11.08hrs

In case you were wondering, yes, it still got quite warm when running through the gamut of tests. We don't consider this to be a concern by any means, but if you found the toasty nature of the third-gen iPad distasteful, you're likely to encounter the same heat here.
