Not really, I was however trained to touch type up to 110 words per minute. Perhaps this is why I find a tablet rather limiting for such tasks?

Don't have any issue... I don't even own a laptop any more. If I really need to input huge amounts of text and can't be bothered to do it on the iPad, I have a keyboard case that I picked up for £20 or similar.

Previous and Next buttons appear above the keyboard when in a form element. It's almost like Apple thought about this very issue or something...
