I would look at one of the newer tablets TBH like the iPad2 or Eee Transformer for around £400 if you are spending £300 on a secondhand iPad. They both have dual core CPUs and more RAM which will be useful when new versions of their operating systems are released.
Hmmm, I would say that is a bit overpriced. I would say £200 maximum. If your doing an auction on Ebay, you never know it could get up to the £300 mark but don't start it at that.
