iPad useless - won't hold charge

Ok , so none else with this problem?
Now I am using iPad charger to a USB battery to iPad , and this charges but Incredibly slowly and dosent say it's charging or "not charging" but if I took the USB battery out and did straight from plug to iPad it would do nothing (not charge) , I meen what the he'll this makes no sence
I'd just take it to apple, they'll probably sort it out for you even if it's not officially covered by them. Failing that, just sell it (I buy that sort of stuff if you end up going down that route).

Ok this I's my last post on this, my apple store I's miles n miles away btw, I've found a way to cope, that portage USB battery , I Plug the battery to the mains, plug the battery to the iPad. This does nothing, well it does I's charge incredibly slowly, would take about 6 days to charge , but all I have to do I's use a app that's heavy on the battery , like a 3D app, then it displays "not charging" and fully charges iPad I'n 8 hours, I think this proves it's a software fault , verry odd it only works with my USB battery , and shame I can't connect to iTunes no more !

My iPad was doing something similar but it was still charging but I would have to leave overnight to have it charge fully, my iPad would also display not charging but it was trickling along.

The charger I had was not an official charger and after a bit of research online I found that this is quite common if the official charger is not used. You have to make sure the charger outputs 2.1 A. My other charger was only outputting about 1.1A, Hence the slow charge.

I ended up buying a 3rd party charge kit from ****** on offer at £20 with car charger included and it's output rated at 2.1 A. No problems since. Change the charger and I think you should be fine.
