Morning all...

having installed VLC on my iPad and transferred a few films on it, i have noticed that during playback that some of the voices are not played...

Reading around the internet it seems that VLC is using the rear audio channels... Is there any way I can easily (and cheaply) rectify this?

Its a bit of a pain when you watch a film and come characters mouth moves but you hear no sound whilst others are fine!!!

Cheers :)

Edit... This is probably best in the software section... Damn you multiple open tabs!!

Tried to use Micro to convert files and it converts them but the audio is awful!!!! I will try the other players now...

If other players can do it with out conversion this would be much better :)

Thanks for the help all!!!

Just tried CineXplayer and it is even worse... no audio on the files that I have been having problems with...

Will try handbrake now :D *fingers crossed*

Well, how you get on?

It takes quite a while to encode the movie files, however saying that they work like a dream in the Video app...

I might try OPlayer to solve my problems though... I would prefer not to have to convert the files to put them on the iPad :p
