iPad with NO credit card getting apps...

I know someone at the local hospital,

they want IPADS for people with various disabilities (mainly kids)

they have NO credit cards - is it possible to set up and use an ipad then buy stuff from itunes using jsut vouchers or something like that..? (ie no link to a bank / card)

Yes it is - this is how I use my iTunes account. I don't have a credit card linked just top up my balance with vouchers when I need to.

Follow the instructions on here to create an Apple ID.

Then expand the section you need to use. Either creating an account on a PC or iPhone/iPad/iPod. Then you can add iTunes vouchers from within iTunes.
