Ipad 'wobble' on vertical scrolling

I just got my iPad but when i hold it vertically and scroll I notice that the right side seems faster than the left and it distorts the image when scrolling. Does anyone else see this? is it normal? it's really starting to drive me nuts!!

it's almost like a slanting effect on the screen whilst the left side catches up with the right?

My does this,it's normal

Iphones do this in landscape but it's less noticable

Yeah, all the iPhones i have had, have this also. I thought it was just a problem with my first iPhone but they all do it.
