iPhone 3G contact list speed?

hi guys,

whenever i go into my contacts, everything freezes for maybe 4-5 seconds before it all kicks back to life and i can scroll/select again...

only got about 120 contacts, not even got pictures attached or anything...

anybody else get this? is there a solution or shall i just assume a future update will sort it out?

Mine does exactly the same.

Apparently there is an update available, if yours is a 3G and you've not updated the firmware since purchase.

No idea if it fixes this though.
