iPhone 4 bluetooth

Hi there

Can anyone please tell me how to get my iPhone 4 and iPad Bluetooth to work. Bloody had enough, all it does when I turn it on is say searching, now discoverable, and nothing blooming happens!!! Searched all over the net and can't find any solution.

Please help

What are you trying to get it to do?

You can't transfer music/photos/videos from it like other phones. It's strictly for headsets/cars/headphones only...

You could try using 'bump' - its a app for ios devices. I've sent a few pics and audio files via bluetooth from iphone to iphone.

Trying to use it with my car, but it wont do anything at all

just searching, won't even pick up any devices, not even my iPad 2 or gfs iPod.

Well there is nothing else on the iPad/iPhone that you can do short of restoring.

You sure the device your trying to connect to is working?

Try and connect it to a Mac with bluetooth?

What about if you just turn BT on and so it's discoverable then try searching for a device via the car?
