I have had my iPhone 4 for 4 months now, and about a month back my sleep/power button was getting quite hard to press and get a reaction from. Last Thursday I was on the phone, and the button otally lost it's spring back (which was absent for a while now) and now the button doesn't do anything. Nothing.
I've taken the back cover off, sprayed with compressed air to try and clear any dust that may have been present there, and had a look but still hasn't made a difference. I don't find this acceptable for a 4 month old phone, which never dropped and always in a case
I have made an 'appointment' at the apple store for Webnesday to see what they say. Just wondered if any other people have had this problem? An if so did the phone get replaced? Am I within my rights to ask for a new/refurb phone as a replacement under warranty? Make's life a lot more difficult.
