I do love 3's tariffs - they just offered me 4gb Tethering for £2 extra (£13-£15), it may be worth pursuing them for a cheaper tethering rate when you renew

I'm moving back to 3 on sim only for the 6, I was with them a few years back and ended up binning them off as I found their customer service to be woeful.... hope it doesn't come back to bite me and that they've pulled their finger out.

£18 a month for 600 minutes, unlimited data (4GB of tethering), unlimited texts.

I was too cheap for the legit Spigens, but these are pretty damn close (Around £2 each)

My Spigen Neo Hybrid arrived from Amazon earlier. Only one photo mind you, feels really solid and I had the same case for my 5 with no issues whatsoever.

Surely spigen had data on shape, sizes and button locations, you can't get products designed and turned around in such a short time from the event

I've ordered the exact same case, but also considering ordering a leather 6 case from Apple .... how is the Hybrid, does it look like good quality?

I usually go for a slip case, mainly just so the back/sides don't get scratched in my bag/pocket then use it nekkid. In all my years of iPhone-age I've never smashed a screen or scratched one badly, so I hope to continue this trend.

Few questions about reserving in the store...

I assume you only pay when you pick it up?
Do you have to pick it up on release day or can you wait a couple of days to pick it up?
Is there likely to be a chance to actually test one out before buying?
If you reserve and then change your mind is it easy enough to cancel?
Is it even worth pre ordering (I assume you can pre order pickup tomorrow at 8) or is there likely to be loads available a few days after? I assume there won't be any available to walking for a few weeks after launch?

I ask as I'm tempted but I want to see one in the flesh, read some proper reviews and I'm waiting on a new reward card and I may as well use it to pay for the phone and get lots of free Avios... I'm also not interested in queueing and all the ***** that goes with Apple launches.

Ion glass. Same process used to make gorilla glass, which the iPhone already used. Apple claim this is stronger than previous iPhones, so it may well be something in between Sapphire and Gorilla.

If the leaked screens were this glass, then it's very impressive.

Maybe it was different for me because it was the iPad Air launch but there was a seperate reservation queue. Didn't see many people use it but I'd assume there'd be one for the iPhone 6's?

1. I paid when I picked up my iPhone 5
2. When i preordered my iPhone 5 for reservation, I was given a date and time slot to go in.
3. You can go use the display models and then go see a genius about your reservation so yes.
4. You dont need to cancel it, just dont turn up.
5. Preorder starts tomorrow, its not launch. Earliest you can pickup or get delivered is the 19th.
6. Preorder it for a safer bet. I waited a month trying to get reservations for my iPhone 5 after a few days after launch. Absolute hell.
