Not news that a lot of people find the iPhone 6 looks bad compared to the 5s and that its a step back. Recently consumer reports show it only withstands 50% of the force before it deforces so its not as strong either. I personally think the 5s looks much more polished and clean. The new space greys is silver at 5% darker, the lines still annoy me to on end, purely design wise it doesn't look as good, even find the 4/4s to look better.
 
Finally got a 6 Plus! :cool:

I would have been quite happy with a normal 6, but the Plus is comfortable enough and I'm sure I'll get used to it in no time.

Well I've been heavily into Apple since the early days, possibly even before some of you were born. I think that more and more Apple are more interested in being a company of Bling and fashion rather than of innovation.

Just look at some of their recent high profile appointments, hardly engineers are they?
 
I can't help but laugh at Billy Boy's posts about the iPhone. Hahah!!

I know you're new here mate but posting a constant stream of personal opinions about how you don't like something in a thread dedicated to that item is considered trolling.

Sweet! What colour/size did you get?

Having seen the Plus a few times now I think the Plus is perfectly comfortable to hold but for normal day to day use I just think it's a bit too big.

Have you had a note before, be interesting to hear your experience. A lot of my parents/uncles use Notes due to the size but I touchwiz.

I don't see it? I think my posts are more than fair. I like the previous iPhones and consider them better products than the latest models. I question Apple's current direction as I don't see it as the company of just a few years ago.

As for Android Kit-Kat - Google have been developing Android for around ten years now. Have they made mistakes along the way, why of course they have. However, there are real signs now they have got it cracked and I think it's Apple who are now playing catchup.

Are you saying this forum is simply an Apple appreciation society where criticism won't be tolerated?

If true what is the purpose of the forum? Surely, you should be able to discuss products in a rational manner without accusations of trolling. Your post has unsettled me.
 
It's obviously not an Apple worship thread but when you bring criticisms/arguments to the table and people give you a well thought out response, yet you choose to not reply to that and continue posting with the same mindset... makes it a little difficult to understand why you're posting in said thread.

I haven't had a Note (S4 most recently when it comes to Samsung), but I have used one for a while before.
 
If you want a 6+ I think you'll be in for a long wait from Apple online, I ordered on the 13/9 a 64GB Space Gray one and it's only just reached the UK with TNT! Think it's going to be delivered tomorrow.

Probably not going to get much better anytime soon as they're rolling out to another 30 odd countries this month and the slave labour in China is pumping them out as fast as they can :p

Speaking out against apple in any shape of form is not tolerated round these 'ere parts. Should probably be a sticky conveying this doctrine so others don't get burnt at the stake like young billy.
