Also, going by stock levels, it's Space Grey has been the most popular colour with the 6. I know for the 5 the Gold was the most difficult to get hold of.

The grey is the only one which gives you that lovely seamless black front and it's the front you spend most of the time looking at.

So just connected my iphone to my home wifi for the first time and it's rendered it useless. It takes 30 seconds to even load google. Takes about 30 seconds to start playing a YouTube video. I switched wifi off and it went back to normal.

Nothing wrong with my wifi as I'm using iPad Air on it and it's absolutely fine.

Could something be faulty?

That is if you use ios 8

Ouch :(

Possibly :p

Mine has arrived today. I'm just restoring it now :D

Are you using the giffgaff sim or another one? Are you able to check if the phone gets locked to the first network, someone else posted earlier that they bought from giffgaff and they were able to swap sims.
I have a 3 one plan 12month sim only(well it ends next month) and I want to use that, I need to get a nano sim from 3 and due to all the 'the iPhone 6 locks to the first network' reports I'm reluctant to insert the giffgaff sim in it.

I've had it for a few days now but still not opened it as I've not got the nano sim from 3 and not got a case for it.

Stock showing available via the reservation page for most stores in central London and Traffors Centre including 128gb models in SG.

Must admit that I'm a tad annoyed.

Received today with version 8.0 installed and so I couldn't set up as a previous phone due to incompatibility. sigh.

Otherwise it looks great =)

Set it up as a brand new phone, don't add a passcode or finger print. Update to 8.1 and then erase all data and settings then restore.

That's what I had to do in the end when I got home. I was hoping that when it arrived at work I could drop my old SIM in and do a restore off my computer but wouldn't let me update until I was on wifi.

All done now though so happy once again and its HUGE!!!

Should WhatsApp look like you haven't installed your GFX drivers yet and are running at 640*480? lol its HUGE!!

Yes, sadly. There's a new version in the pipeline with a beta program now open.

It's a little big but I love my Plus and couldn't go back to a smaller screen.

Well since I got my 6+ my iPad is feeling somewhat unloved. Still using it of course, but only half as much as before.

I'm sure there is an element of 'new shiney' involved but with the larger screen I can happily do things on the phone I always used to go to the iPad for.

I'm sure the iPad will come back into play when I get a new air 2 in a couple of months though.

I'm already on giffgaff and so I have just put in my current sim. We're all on giffgaff in this house, so I'm afraid I have no way of testing for you.
Ask on their forum. You'll get definite answers there.

Well, I'm a tad shocked and stunned. Went into Lincoln on the way home, pulled my phone out while walking from the car only to find a 4G signal! Seems to be only in the city centre but at 25Mbps down I'm really pleased considering I didn't think O2 had 4G coverage.

25Mbps might not be approaching what some have in London etc. but for this part of the country it's a revelation. NOw I'm worried that between this and the awesomeness of the 6+ itself I'm going to need more than 5Gb of data a month.

Guess what I got!!! This thing is liquid smooth (updated to iOS 8.1), I'm completely blown away with how snappy it feels. Really happy to find how ridiculously loud I can crank the speaker. I don't know how people are using the 6+ since that's actually bigger than my note 2 and that felt way too cumbersome. The size of the 6 is smack dab between both my previous phones.

What an incredible upgrade from an iPhone 4 and a Note 2... we'll see because I'm obviously in the honeymoon period right now.

Oh and Swype just happens to be the free app off the week, I can't believe it's finally come to iOS :)

Question for you folks, is there a way to assign gestures to actions?

I see the 'Record Gesture' under Settings > Accessibility > Gestures but I can't find how to assign those gestures to a command.
