I was using chrome to try and get to the store on my PC. That wasnt working so i went to IE and pasted in this link http://store.apple.com/uk and it worked. Still not working on chrome though.

Id suggest using a different browser if and try again.

Try a different browser or computer guys. I just did it through Chrome when Firefox wasn't working. Guess it's cookie related?
