For me I always limit myself to £40 pm max I currently have the one plan which is UL data with tethering and it's £39 a month they no longer do this on contract with phone only with sim only

Hence why I got my 64gb ip6 sim free and going to downgrade to sim only tomorrow if you can afford to that's cheapest way to go

Absolutely correct. Living your life on the never never is not a sound plan. If you can't pay for it cash then you can't afford it.

I missed the One plan earlier on the year when it was £20 a month. Had to settle for my current contract which is still cheaper than O2 and has some tethering allowance and AYCE data. Unlike O2 who cut me off once my 1GB data was used up.

I had O2 two users ago and that was when there unlimited data came to an end

Fortunately I moved so I found out there signal came to end lol so went to three

Never looked back
Yeah when they ended the one plan you could still get it on sim only but I was still in contract and now as you say it's kinda gone

I'm also looking at AYCE DATA but not sure weather to go for 200 or 600 minute deal I don't use 200 minutes but you can grantee if I choose that one I will lol

Bit confused, what do you mean?

I misphrased, was talking about myself sorry.

I pre-ordered mine this morning and will just plant my current three sim into the new phone :)

If I had known 3's plans this morning I would have bought the phone on a credit card outright for £620 and then paid it off within three months. Interest cost would have took me to a phone cost of around £640. Plus the £18/mo SIM only contract would be a total cost of £1,072.

Currently I will be paying £47/mo with £100 upfront = £1,228. Thus, not ordering this morning outright has either cost me a month's wait for the phone or approx £150.

Has anyone managed to reserve one? Furthest i have got is selecting the gb model. Most of the time getting 'sorry, could not process your request' or something on those lines

The monthly prices i've seen so far are borderline criminal. Definitely looking at Sim only, unless I can get a F&F discount. ;)

Or just wait until you can actually afford it and save even more?

Everyone else who got in early now "Preparing for Dispatch" ? My case is still processing but that will ship separately anyway.

So EE gave up on their own website and replaced it with a static "here are the iPhone 6's, call us to order"

Today has been an absolutely comical disaster for EE's web team. Their lives won't be worth living at the moment! How a company so big can't provide enough cloud computing for a site so huge I have no idea!

I still haven't decided on a case or a SIM plan, but I'm currently on a 1gb data allowance for £15 a month from EE, and I'm using a 4S at the moment, so I'm going to have to order a much smaller SIM card.
