Anyone bothered to check with o2 about what's going on with their order yet? I placed an upgrade order on Friday at around 3pm for a 64GB Silver 6 Plus while the site said "available for preorder". Went to upgrade my wife's phone on her account and within that time it changed to the 2-3 weeks ETA so we left it for her.
However since then I've heard nothing at all from o2. From generally reading around it seems o2 themselves have no idea of stock which I find shocking - you'd think they'd know their stock allocations by now.
It's one thing to tell a potential customer there is a 4 week waiting list. It is another to tell a new customer who just spent £700 he has to wait 4 more weeks.
Ordered from car phone warehouse on Friday at like 8.30 am and got an email but never got an order confirmed email or anything (it's an upgrade) .. Spoke to live chat twice and they said all is well and email is on it's way but like 4 days later still no email? Reckon I've been fobbed off and it's not coming on Friday even though they're saying all is well?
