Can you only reserve when they have it instock ?!
Yep, the reserve system (I think) reserves you a specific handset that they actually have in stock at that specific store.

Yeah, the system seems to only be active during shop hours.
Saying you get a good day's use ... just FYI 8am to 7pm isn't a day, it's embarrassingly poor. I really don't understand the quest for thinner and thinner phones just to hold the title of thinnest phone - "best battery life" would make for far more of a selling point!
Decided to get an iPhone 6 in a hurry after breaking my Nexus on Saturday morning... ended up grabbing a 16GB because that was all I could get that was in stock. Kind of regretting that now and thinking I'm going to run out of space, but we'll see how it goes. I don't use iTunes (just Spotify streaming) and don't really take videos or anything like that so hopefully it should be OK.![]()
6+ is a man's phone
actually its more of a purse carrying persons phone, maybe a man with a purse and micro penis![]()
"A man walks down the street with that purse, people know he's not afraid of anything".
The reserve system website shuts down at 7pm every night and comes back up around midnight (Normally about 12:05) with new stock.
If you refresh the page from midnight you should be able to reserve one.
6+ is a girl's tablet
Other than telling his parents.
It's quite interesting to see how the 6+ isn't the most popular of the options.
I feel like everyone who did want a large screen actually moved away from the iPhone, tried the large screen Androids and found it simply wasn't practical. Now we've been given the option, the 6 screen is actually quite large and the desire for a mammoth screen is simply gone.

I had one and I got it replaced by Apple.
You don't buy a £700 phone to put up with a stuck/dead pixel, when they tout the screen as the main hardware feature!
How did you arrange the exchange? I just tried creating a support case and using 'live chat' as the phone lines aren't open, but it was useless and 'Justin' was talking about paying for express repair etc if I needed it quickly.
Is the phone the only way to resolve this, I can't really be without my phone for days
Called up the day I spotted the issue and got put through to the support people who basically put me through to the aftersales team once they'd run through the "are you sure it's not your wallpaper" nonsense![]()
Basically, they agreed to send a new phone with accessories, no deposit or card charge necessary, (as it was a launch day phone less than 7 days old). UPS then contact you regarding returning your handset whilst the other gets delivered (either on the same delivery or via 2 separate deliveries).
When I spoke to the aftersales team again today (after the UPS balls up) they weren't bothered about getting the phone back quickly, providing I'd received the replacement first. They even said "we don't want you to be without a phone, so wait for your new handset before returning the faulty one", which was good.
You can also pop instore and get it swapped out (stores keep a reserve stock for faults) but mine is 50 miles away, so that's not an option.
