iPhone 7 help.

For some reason 7,8,9 were only working once every 10-20 presses with a delayed reaction on my lock screen after charging. Weird as they were fine on the emergency call screen. As a result I disabled my iPhone.

I don’t have a computer but I have a new iPad Pro with usb c. Can I connect my iPhone to this to restore it the same way I could with a Mac or pc?

try to erase from iCloud.com otherwise book in at the Apple store

Sounds like screen needs replacing first then you could get it to someone with a computer to get them to restore it.
