I'm looking to buy an iPhone on the Orange's so-called "iPhone 35" contract, but the one thing that wards me off Apple products is that iTunes is mandatory to sync music. In fact, can Apple products even read MP3s? I'm the oldskool kid who does file management across Explorer and won't touch the likes of WMP and iTunes with a bargepole. If anyone can please confirm, that would be great.
I'm only considering an iPhone now because I've had an LG Viewty for 17 months (contract due next month) and I see iPhone as being the next step up.
Thanks!
