That's what I said to the lady on the phone today when I spoke to her.......

Shouldn't I be getting a brand new handset? I still have 4 month of my first year left since purchasing the handset?

Anyone else returned and got a brand new handset or is this the norm?

I'll be asking for a new one "kindly" when I go in next, the handset I returned was in mint condition as I look after my stuff, and ultimately when I got got the first handset it was brand new so I would expect it to be replaced with a brand new handset, not bothered if they only honour the warranty until the 1st year is up on my contract really.........

We shall see
