Iphone Bluetooth issues

I'm having issues with the bluetooth connectivity with my Iphone, other phones can't seem to send files to it (even after they have connected to it) and I can't link my headset to it.

Is this a known issue or am I just being dense?

The iPhone can't send or receive files and only works with certain BT Headsets.
