iPhone Camera Problem

I have a problem with my camera. Whenever i take pictures with it, it appears to put them in the film roll. But when i go to the roll, it looks like just blank squares. i go to open them, get a blank screen. Then when i exit the camera and go back into it, it says the roll is empty :confused:

It is jailbroken on 1.1.4.

Sounds like you might have to start afresh.

I had a similar problem when I was playing around with the photo folder on my iPhone.

SSH into your iPhone, navigate to /Private/Var/Mobile/Media/DCIM and delete the 100APPLE folder.

Then try take a photo again and see what happens.

Nup doesn't work mate

I even tried setting the permissions on the DCIM folder to 777.

I had this problem and I think I just deleted the DCIM folder in /Private/Var/Mobile/Media/

After that it worked perfectly, the next time I took a pic it re-created the DCIM folder with the correct permissions.

That done it, deleting the DCIM folder.
