iPhone - Changing icons

I would like to change the icon of a website saved to my homescreen. I have a jailbroken phone, what's the easiest way of doing this? I only want to change the one icon for the moment and won't want to customise themes etc.

The icons are stored in /User/Library/Webclips/<blah>.webclip/
Just make your own icon and replace them
