iPhone Help Needed

My sisters just given me her old iPhone 3GS and I've just installed iTunes on my laptop have tried adding music and transferring apps etc and it doesn't let me as it's registered on my sisters iTunes on her laptop.

How do I change it?

theres is some sort of option for 'deactivation' somewhere when its connected to her itunes

or maybe even a 'restore' will sort it ?

I think you'll need to deauthorise the iPhone on her iTunes then authorise it on yours.
