iPhone - How to edit the shortcut bar

the missus has somehow moved the 4 icons on the bottom bar on the screen (safari, ipod, phone and sms) and they are now part of the general icons on the screen. Can anyone please be so kind as to inform me as to how to add the icons back to the shortcut bar at the bottom of the screen?

Hold any icon for a couple of seconds and they should start wiggling, you can move them around after that.

I found this out last night. all the wiggling icons are quite trippy!
