iPhone, iPod album view issue

For some reason if i go and view my music via albums on my iphone its showing Each track of an album as different albums even tho they are labelled exactly the same in ID Tags and comes under one album in iTunes.

...So instead of seeing one entry - the title of an album its showing me 12+ of all the tracks in the album so when i try and flick thru my albums im basically flicking though tracks

Never used to do this now i dont want to sync up my ipod classic just in case i get the same issue

Any ideas?
