iPhone tethering and Bluetooth?

If I subscribe to the tethering service on Orange, can you use it via Bluetooth to a laptop or Pocket PC? Anyone had experience? If not I wont bother to activate it. Thanks.

Works via bluetooth to my macbook pro and dell latitude flawlessly, haven't needed to test anything else. Eats battery though so tethering over USB makes more sense...

Jailbreak and do it for free, you can then also set your iPhone as a WiFi access point and use the net that way. (or through USB as normal)

As above, Jailbreak the phone and do it that way

Are there alternatives to MyWi? MyWi isn't free.

Jailbreak isnt an option im afraid as its for a customer, im not even going to mention you can do that lol!!

Well you can get MyWi for free, not sure what the legality is regarding that as jailbreaking is a violation of use (right?) so that might void some copyright stuff but anyway PDAet also works.
