A HD Touch over an iPhone...ermm no way
Windows Mobile are rubbish, lets hope Windows mobile 7 is better.
I cant really agree with you there about windows being rubbish. I mean, yeah in the old days i remember how bad it was, but 6.5 we get these days, seriously whats the issue? I mean sure your entitled to your opinion and i accept that, but if you could clarify why its rubbish perhaps?
My HD2 I have had for about 3 weeks now and compared to the iphone its so much more opened up and the stuff you can do/change is just unbelievable.
Yeah sure, occasionally when setting things up like connection settings and other stuff you fall into the old windows styled basic menues, but whats actually wrong with that? I mean its better than being locked out of things like you are on the iphone just because they havent made every nut'n'bolt into a super sleek touch menu experience, but it still works!
So far, my phone has never crashed (and the times where i have installed the odd dodgy game thats not truly compatible doesnt count). But anyway for the vast majority of the time you are in the nice sleek modern (sense) user interface which operates perfectly, does a better UI job than the iPhone and once your used to the changes its actually a much easier phone to use than the iphone, and does a lot more to boot!
I remember years ago, borrowed a mates winmo on holiday and he borrowed my k800i for a few days because he broke his camera

so we swapped sim cards around and i actually spent a lot of time with this early winmo phone, forget what model or software version it was but it was actually quite bad and not a nice thing to have on a phone. Also we had winmo on scanning devices we used in supermarkets to scan products and print reductions and mark waste off with, again, an appalling experience it was and thats when it wasnt crashing!!!
But yeah, seriously dont mock the modern winmo 6.5s of today until you have 'extensively' tried it first, and only then come back on here and give us factual advice on why winmo 6.5 is bad for todays phones
I would still prefer android on my HD2 of course, but seriously, just get the latest flash cooked rom and your all set. Not perfect by any means, but it still works great
