iplayer slow/laggy/not working for aynone else?

Is it just me is iplayer failing to work propperly, programms wont play. cant download them (2 went into download manager but both failed to download licence straight away and are going at like 10kbps) and the whole website just slow and rubbish?

is it just me or everyone else getting this?

I normally download, streaming quility is pretty rubbish. But yeah streaming is broken as well. this is ****ing me off. The one time when I actually really WANT iplayer to work becuase i've got f all else to do and its bloomin broke lol
