iplayer slow/laggy/not working for aynone else?

Is it just me is iplayer failing to work propperly, programms wont play. cant download them (2 went into download manager but both failed to download licence straight away and are going at like 10kbps) and the whole website just slow and rubbish?

is it just me or everyone else getting this?

I'm streaming HIGNFY through my I Pod Touch at work at the moment - working ok here

i don't bother downloading anything. i'm not wasting my upload bandwidth, the software is crap and there's nowt worth keeping anyway.

but the streaming always works fine for me.

Streaming is broken for me at the moment, and it's not my ISP as I've just checked our peering and it's just fine...

streaming working fine for me at the time of this post. starts instantly as it always does. tried 2 different programs, no problems. (isp is entanet)

I normally download, streaming quility is pretty rubbish. But yeah streaming is broken as well. this is ****ing me off. The one time when I actually really WANT iplayer to work becuase i've got f all else to do and its bloomin broke
