iPod software

Right - got a slight snag in that I have a 30gig video iPod which is about half full of various tracks and whatnot. I used to have a Macbook Pro which it was synced to, but alas it's no more.

Because I don't have the laptop, I'm going to need to use it with my home PC, but therein lies the problem. As soon as I plug it in, it's going to nuke the library...

So, does anyone know of a free program (like Senuti on Mac) which reliabily works with a video iPod on PC to let me get the iPod content off without losing it when I plug it in?

Install I-Tunes and make sure you turn off the Sync option and that you manually want to do it yourself.

Euphpod is supposed to do this, but It has wiped my music before off my ipod...

There is also one called Yamapod I think, but last time I checked it was incompatable with the new firmware from itunes 7, so if you didn't update the iPods firmware via iTunes 7, then that should also work.
