iPod touch case

I've just got myself the new 4th gen touch, naturally I'd like a nice case for it, which ones do people recommend?

Also I'd quite like something suitable for the gym.

I got the OtterBox Defender for my 2g, it's excellent. Tough plastic exoskeleton and a silicon rubber sleeve with tight fitting port covers (not water tight but offers some protection against drowning). It has a built in screen protector but it's not great as it looks like moisture is trapped between the protector and the screen (you need either an anti-glare screen protector or some talc to fix this).

It won't be compatible with the 4g but if they ever release one that is then I'd definitely recommend it.
