Ipod Touch Gen 4

Is it possible to replace just the digitiser on a gen 4?

Some places sell just the digitiser suggesting you can, but some only sell the digitiser with the lcd saying you change them separately?


Does anyone know the deal?

I cracked mine and have just lived with it after finding out you do in fact have to replace both the digitiser and lcd as, like the iPhone 4, they are fused together to try and eliminate dust getting stuck in between.
