iPod touch question.

Well they are making iPlayer for touch/iphone so I would assume that the radio player would be involved too.

If the iRadio is the same one as i tried, i stopped before even getting a radio station as it was a mess trying to find the one i was looking for. No search or manual add feeds was a bummer imo.

Nice ! but I thought you wanted a touch ?

Decided that I want to minimise the amount of things that I have in my pockets. ;)

Just need to sell two mp3 players and my two other mobiles now to make up the cost. Which I have two weeks to do so before I go home for easter, if not then my parents will kill me. Also got to sell two PC cases aswell before then. :(

Good lad, use a restore to 1.1.4 and ZiPhone and you will be rocking! Let me know if you need any help but Justin's sticky advice is bang on.

How the hell do you unlock it?

Got ZiPhone downloaded so im ready to go just canny unlock the thing so I can restore it.

Just goes to emergancy call when I hold either home or wake button and slide the bar.

Right:

1) Switch it off, hold the button on the top for 3 seconds until the slider appears.

2) Hold down the home button and plug it into the computer still holding down the home button until a iTunes logo and cable appear on the screen.

3) iTunes will pop up and say that it has detected a phone in recovery mode, the only option to have it to Restore.

4) Wait for the restore to download and update the phone. The phone will go back to the activation screen.

5) Once thats done, quit iTunes and open ZiPhone 2.5 and click 'Do-it-all'

6) Let it run and do it's thing.

Voila, job done, shove your existing SIM in there and your good to go.

That worked. :)

Downloading update...how long does it usually take? Seems to be taking a while...

Yes, I said that earlier, just ignore it. Dont touch anything, just let it run.

So you did. :)

All done, very easy and simple apart from me being a fool. :D

Time to wack some music on and have a play I think. :)
