Ipod Touch screen too sticky, finger not sliding easily.

When I use my ipod and play lets say Fruit Ninja which requires a lot of finger sliding the screen gets just too sticky, it's not easy to slide the finger at all. It only works well when my fingers are super dry but this doesn't last long.

Can I get a screen protector that will solve this problem?

Before you ask, yes I have washed my hands and cleaned the screen but it's even worse when everything is super clean.

Yes a screen protector will help make the screen a bit more glidey...my iphone4 screen was like this till i got the Power support anti glare screen protector...since putting that on my screen is nice and glidey.

That's weird I never had that problem at all. A screen protector might help, I always hate putting screen protectors on because I always get air-bubbles in the gayest places.
