Iracing upgrade - CPU only?

After dilly dallying with a b grade item and then the rainforest for a 14600k. Convinced myself with the help of the better half to do a full upgrade.
Debating on reusing my Psu which is a Corsair rm850. As well as my 1TB nvme crucial P5.
Case and cooler still up in the air whether to go for the xt m3, jonsbo d32 pro or dan a3.

I have below and likely to order this week u less there’s any news I need to be worried about? This seems to be the template at the moment £1500 range

Storage is fine, re use that but how old is the PSU?

Depending on its age it maybe worth replacing

All of a sudden I'm getting massive stuttering with borderless like FPS is fine but unplayable, but it's fine if go with borders, not every race but annoying to say least, any ideas
