If they didn't care they would have just nuked it instead of doing precision strikes. The US's military command would not want to be just flattening the place, even if Trump did. Iran has been threatening and attacking everyone for decades. They don't have many friends in the region.

Nuking risks self preservation.

If they cared about people they'd have dealt with the clerical regime long ago. It's only happening now because those 2 "leaders" are on their last legs.

They have been trying to deal with it for decades. But Iran has been trying to build a bomb for years. Then of course they would use it to threten the region, or hand it to one of their proxies. No one wants to risk that so they let the US carry on.

Trump last time categorically said that the USA "totally obliterated" all nuke capability of Iran.

So again, this new bombing has nothing to do with any of that.

Hell even last night trump posted on truth social saying it's because Iran interfered with past elections where he lost lost alluding that this is some sort of payback.

So yes, last legs, buying time...etc.

You fallen for the "iran is soon to be building a bomb" nonsense? :cry: Bibi been saying that lie for decades, "within a month they'll have a nuke" for the last few dedades.

and as mrk said, trump said the attack destroyed iran facilities...so what's this about? OH I know, a certain terrorist state that is an ally of USA wants them gone

They were enriching uranium a mile underground and denying access to inspectors.

More than slightly suspect...

They also handed a load of anti-ship missiles to their proxy, so they can terrorise shipping. They have been supplying Russia with drones so they can basically continue a war against Europe.

Sounds good, seems they need nukes to defend themselves from that rogue terrorist state that's been attacking 7+ countries and committing genocide.

Good they are supplying weapons to Russia and strengthening their weapon trade. they seem like smart businessmen.
 
Iran's decision to attack a bunch of Gulf states is spectacularly dumb. I know it's a Shia vs Sunni thing, and I know Iran resents these states' co-operation with the West, but it'll bring a ton of Arab hate, and Iran has virtually no allies in the region aside from Hezbollah and Hamas.

And now they are seeing the consequences of supplying those weapons.

Ukraine is going to see a lot less drone attacks soon and the houthis will no longer be able to shoot at random ships...
